Job Title: Compliance Analyst – Transparency Reporting

Salary: £33,000 – £35,000

Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Compliance Analyst to join our Transparency Reporting team. You will work UK hours while supporting our US-based operations, ensuring that transparency data is accurate, complete, and delivered on time. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their expertise in compliance reporting and data systems within a supportive, global team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the transparency reporting process, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
• Collect, validate, and maintain data and documentation related to Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) spend.
• Investigate and resolve data issues, working closely with field teams and internal stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and training on data capture requirements for new hires and managers.
• Monitor, analyse, and report on transparency data to help drive process improvements.
• Prepare and submit required reports and files in line with agreed schedules.
Candidate Profile:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a compliance, administrative, or data-focused role.
• Highly proficient in Excel and comfortable using multiple reporting or database systems.
• Strong process-oriented mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent multitasking and prioritisation skills.
• Eager to learn, grow, and develop expertise in compliance reporting and data management.
