CLINICAL TRAINER

Scope: Support, clinically educate and ensure the growth of On Formulary target brands across the Compression, hosiery, and Advanced Wound Care (AWC) therapeutic areas within the geographical area of responsibility.

Job Purpose: Supporting the sales growth of On Formulary target brands across the region through the delivery of clinical education.  Building strong key relationships to ensure that our client is seen as the partner of choice and working as an integral part of the local Matrix team.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIIES 

The job holder will support the delivery of the Company’s key business objectives through the delivery of their key accountabilities as follows:

1. Support the Regional Sales Team on maintaining existing and developing new compression business through the training of NHS Clinical Staff on compression aetiology and application of compression.
2. Provide Best in Class clinical training to existing and new nurse customers, enabling the Product Specialists to grow the AWC Brands.
3. Provide innovative and valuable clinical training sessions that drive engagement from NHS Staff, building positive customer relationships to position our client as Industry Partners of choice.
4. Support the achievement of annual sales and market share targets 
5. To have a comprehensive understanding and knowledge of the Company products, policies and objectives.
6. To provide customers with relevant clinical and product knowledge through effective presentation and listening skills.
7. Utilise all available data to enable highly effective planning and territory management.
8. Take ownership of own Self-Development to ensure product, clinical and therapeutic knowledge is up to date.

KEY COMPETENCIES

- Registered Nurse (current qualification) Band 5 with proven knowledge of leg ulcers, aetiology and treatment options.
