Role Overview: Our client is to launch a treatment for Chronic Rhinosinusitis with Nasal Polyps (CRSwNP) to ENT (Ear, Nose, and Throat) Specialists, based in the private healthcare market. Prior to launch, to include the deployment of a Key Account Manager (KAM), they require a customer validation project to be completed. They require a driven, personable individual to contact private healthcare centres to provide a customer validation and appointment booking service, utilising a clearly defined process and target list. In this role you will engage in consultative conversations with ENT key opinion leaders within private healthcare accounts, informing them of the treatment, as well as the benefits of having a follow-up conversation with the dedicated KAM.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to target accounts and book appointments with key stakeholders
- Work in partnership with all stakeholders to maximise coverage
- Input and update accurate CRM activity
- Understand and remain updated on the NHS and other relevant authority bodies
- Provide the Business Manager with accurate and timely weekly/monthly activity data
- Maintain excellent quality standards, adhere to program scripts and guidelines
- To contribute positively to the project team you work within
Key Skills & Attributes
- Proven experience with gaining access to customers in a remote setting
- Degree level education (or equivalent)
- Working knowledge of the NHS environment and private market
- Driven, motivated, and high-energy individual
- Inquisitive, ability to map stakeholders quickly
- Resilience, with the ability to handle rejection
- Strong communication skills to uncover customer insights and gain commitment for a future KAM appointment
- The ability to deliver key messages to customers in authentic manner
- Demonstrate strong listening skills seeking to understand customer needs and engage accordingly
- Adept and assertive at closing the call with agreed customer action
- Collaborative, team player with the ability to work as part of a small team and adapt when necessary
