Provide a compliant and efficient stock reconciliation by analysing stock data of wholesalers in the direct to pharmacy and vaccines model. Liaising with third parties and other teams.

Management and continuous improvement of inventory processes.

Complete inventory tasks to ensure efficient flow of stock deliveries, sales, returns and claims.

Manage and maintain inventory SOP’s.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and action daily stock reconciliation – liaise with wholesalers to fix investigated discrepancies.
• Prepare and complete month end stock reconciliations to ensure thresholds are met and to comply with internal controls.
• Manage and maintain inventory SOP’s.
• Complete inventory daily tasks to ensure all consignment stock deliveries, sales and returns are processed, including partial delivered documents.
• Complete monthly wholesaler sales reconciliation to ensure no discrepancies.
• Investigate and raise any wholesaler DTP claims and manage these to closure.
• Complete open YCP claim returns.
• Analyse stock in transit to ensure wholesaler inter branch transfers are completed.
• Export monthly stock destruction reports as part of month end tasks.
• Support Supply Chain teams with adhoc tasks.
• Support operational analysis including SISO and sales analysis.
• Communicate any stock related issues to Supply Chain Lead.
• Coordinate communication with all teams across the business.
• Pass information to the appropriate team member regarding stock queries.
• Ensure that any information in relation to a potential adverse event is reported to the Pharmacovigilance Department in line with the SOP.
• Attend meetings as and when required.

Essential Skills

• Experience in Supply Chain environment (Pharmaceutical background preferred)
• Confident systems user (SAP, IT platforms and Microsoft packages)
• Evidence of good written and spoken English
• Positive and passionate can-do attitude
