An exciting opportunity has arisen within Inizio Engage, for a Digital Sales Representative to utilise digital technologies, across a range of customers throughout the Community care setting and be part of a committed team to achieve success in an enjoyable environment.
The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience and demonstrate an understanding of the challenges within the NHS. This customer focussed role will involve working independently with great self-motivation and you must be passionate about wanting to make a difference to patients’ lives.


Key Responsibilities
To focus on the key accounts and support the implementation of any commercial wins. This will be achieved through creating digital tactical relationships with local prescribers and staff nurses working across the community setting, utilising digital platforms such as Microsoft Teams.
Utilising approved marketing materials & clinical engagement platforms such as digital sales aids, clinical case studies and Medical Education platforms to reinforce the existing formulary brand listings and strong brand messages, as well as clinical outcomes that lead to sales.
To engage with customers digitally to ensure the safe and effective use of company products.
To work closely with the wider commercial team and have regular digital communications to ensure objectives are exceeded.
To accurately record digital interactions within the CRM system within the agreed timelines and communicate potential further business needs to the Account Manager.
Identify needs and service requests for face-to-face interactions to the Account Manager team in line with the channel preference of the customer.
To achieve KPIs outlined during the onboarding process, to include but not limited to, Market Share increase and coverage and frequency of target customer contacts.

Essential Skills
Education:
Degree in life sciences, business management or equivalent qualification Licenses/Certification
Competency in using Microsoft Applications such as Outlook, Excel and Teams
Experience:
Demonstrates an understanding of the challenges within the NHS.
Strong commercial acumen.
Demonstrates strong rapport building skills.
History of proven success in remote working
Digitally competent and empowered
Ability to navigate quickly and effectively around technology and content
Ability to break down barriers with use of technology, embracing upgrades
Demonstrated ability to:
