For one of our clients a pharmaceutical laboratory specialized in gastroenterology, we’re looking for an Associate Brand Lead for the Benelux. Job description:
*Collaborate with Global Brand Managers to co-create brand positioning, brand book, core imagery and overarching campaign strategy
*Work to support the brand in achieving sales targets, budgeted brand investments, market share targets, timely forecasts and other defined business goals and projects.
*Accountable for adapting and localizing global brand content, working with local creative agencies
*Manages approval of local content via Medical, Legal and Regulatory
*Responsible for interfacing with select customers and KOLs and organizing local congresses
Job profile:
*Bachelor’s or master’s degree in sciences and/or business administration
*Marketing or Sales experience in a pharmaceutical environment
*Knowledge of the regulatory and legal environment for pharmaceuticals and the implications in Belgium would be an advantage
*Trilingual written and spoken Dutch, English and French
*Very good knowledge of MS Office
*Strong communication and diplomatic skills and demonstrable project management skills for multiple projects
*An entrepreneurial approach to the projects and the business. Ability to work in a team and the desire to take on responsibility
