🌟 We are looking for Medical Science Liaisons in Spain to join a pioneering project in Diagnostics and Neurodegenerative Diseases! 🌟

Are you an experienced MSL or scientific expert passionate about shaping the future of Alzheimer’s and other neurodegenerative diseases? Do you have a solid background in diagnostics, biomarkers, or neurology and thrive in collaborative, science-led environments? If so, this role could be your next big step! 🚀

At Inizio Engage, we are assembling a specialized team of Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs) to advance education and scientific engagement around novel biomarker testing in neurodegenerative conditions such as Alzheimer’s disease.

This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of neurology, diagnostics, and laboratory medicine—where your expertise will drive real change in how neurodegenerative diseases are understood and diagnosed.

✔️ What will be your responsibilities?:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert in neurodegenerative disease and associated biomarkers.
  • Build and maintain scientific relationships with neurologists, geriatricians, cognitive disorder specialists, and diagnostic laboratory professionals.
  • Provide scientific education on emerging biomarkers and support stakeholder familiarity with novel diagnostic approaches.
  • Participate in scientific congresses and diagnostics-related meetings to support engagement and knowledge sharing.
  • Capture and communicate relevant scientific insights to inform broader medical strategy, education, and research efforts.
  • Contribute to advisory boards, data dissemination, and investigator-initiated study activities.
  • Ensure all communications are compliant with regulatory and ethical standards.
  • Collaborate with the broader Medical Affairs team and report to the MSL Director overseeing the neurodegenerative disease program.

🔍 What are we looking for?:

  • Advanced scientific or clinical degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, DO, NP, PA, MSN).
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an MSL, clinical educator, or diagnostic liaison role preferred.
  • Background in neurology, diagnostics, or neurodegenerative diseases strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of biomarker science, clinical guidelines, and diagnostic pathways.
  • Excellent scientific communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong relationship-building capabilities with KOLs and key diagnostic stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel 50–75% of the time and live near a major airport.
  • Fluent in English (C1–C2); additional local language skills are a plus.

😊 What do we offer?:

  • Permanent contract with Inizio Engage.
  • Competitive compensation and a generous performance-based incentive package.
  • Extensive benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance, and paid parental leave.
  • Company-wide recognition programs, awards, and a positive, science-driven culture.
  • IT equipment and tools to support remote fieldwork and virtual engagement.
  • Opportunity to work with a global leader in diagnostics on a meaningful project.
  • Be part of a Top Workplace and a team that values innovation, inclusion, and impact.
