What You'll Do:
Build Strong Client Relationships: Be the primary point of contact, develop strategic relationships, and ensure client satisfaction.
Drive Account Strategy: Develop and execute strategies tailored to each client, identifying growth opportunities and maintaining a deep understanding of their needs.
Coordinate Projects: Monitor timelines, support documentation, and liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Ensure Quality Service: Track and report on service metrics, manage invoicing and contracts, and maintain accurate client records.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: 3+ years in a client-facing role within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or medical information.
Knowledge: A strong understanding of medical terminology and pharmaceutical knowledge.
Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with proficiency in CRM tools.
Mindset: A proactive, solutions-oriented attitude with a passion for exceeding client expectations.
Education: A bachelor’s degree in life sciences or equivalent experience.
