Role Mission
The Head of Client Solutions and Operations will be responsible for leading both the commercial and operational aspects of the business in Portugal. This is a strategic role, key to building strong client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring flawless project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute the business and operations strategy for the Portuguese market.
- Identify commercial opportunities and lead solution proposals tailored to client needs.
- Manage relationships with strategic clients.
- Oversee project implementation, ensuring quality, efficiency, and KPI achievement.
- Lead and develop the local team, aligning it with business goals.
Profile Requirements
- University degree required; additional business training (MBA, Master’s) is a plus.
- Proven experience in similar roles within operations, client solutions, business development, or consultancy.
- Strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and a clear results orientation.
- Excellent commercial, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Native or bilingual Portuguese; professional level of English.
- Based in Lisbon or willing to relocate.
