At Inizio Engage, we are seeking top talent to join a leading pharmaceutical company on a groundbreaking project focused on treatments in neurology.

✔️ What will be your responsibilities?

• Deploys a medical national operational plan and identifies the key actions/projects to be carried out in line with the global medical strategy and in agreement with the Company global medical teams.
• Be recognized as the drug expert in his therapeutic area, both internally and by the scientific community.
• Master knowledge of the scientific and clinical medical environment in the region and the network of clinical and scientific experts. 
• Establish a scientific dialogue at the request of the experts in his area on the basis of clinical data for the product and for the pathology for which he/she is responsible.
• Establish lasting relationships with regional, national and international opinion leaders, learned societies, patient associations and cooperative groups, to be seen as a scientifically reliable partner.
• Engage KOLs in scientific adboards.
• Participates in congresses and organizes symposia in conjunction with the Company global medical teams.
• Clinical trials / RWD management and follow-up.
• Identifies the clinical data needs to generate data necessary and useful to support the medical communication of the drug.
• Collect and gather relevant insights and share them to MSL lead.
• CRM to be filled : to evaluate the time on the field in reactive and proactive and to evaluate HCPs engagement + account card fulfilment with insights and scientific activities and studies highlights.
• Train and inform Product Specialists (continuing training, post-congress news, etc.)
• Carry out its mission in compliance with regulations (medical procedures, and the company's ethical and compliance rules of ethics and compliance).

🔍 What are we looking for?

• PhD or Scientific Degree (Medicine, Pharmacy or Bioscience).
• At least 3 years of experience as a Medical Science Liaison, preferably in neurology, multiple sclerosis, or autoimmune/inflammatory diseases.
• Solid background in medical affairs and product launches is a strong plus.
• High level of English (C1-C2), essential for daily communication with global stakeholders.
• Strong digital skills to conduct webinars, online advisory boards, and virtual trainings.
• Strategic mindset, ability to work autonomously, and excellent communication skills.
• Availability to travel locally as needed.
