Inizio Engage is looking for an experienced Market Access Manager to work direct to headcount with our client, Dermal, a dynamic and innovative healthcare company specialising in dermatology. In this unique opportunity, you’ll be working on-site ( and then hybrid with their talented team.

About the Role
You’ll be responsible for researching, developing, and implementing market access strategies for Dermal’s product portfolio, across NHS, private healthcare, and OTC channels. This role requires strategic thinking, market insight, and strong stakeholder engagement skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct continuous research into market access trends, competitor activity, and policy changes affecting product availability
- Strategic Development
- Identify new access routes and opportunities, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to shape and execute access strategies.
- Key Account & Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and manage relationships with pharmacy chains, wholesalers, and key opinion leaders to drive product uptake and visibility.
- Reimbursement & Policy Response
- Coordinate responses to consultations and support the continued reimbursement of Dermal’s products within NHS and private channels.
- New Product Market Analysis
- Evaluate potential access pathways for future product concepts in both prescription and OTC categories
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with departments such as Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain to ensure smooth market entry and compliance.
What We’re Looking For
• Strong experience in market access within the pharmaceutical or medical devices sector.
• Commercial understanding of prescription and OTC healthcare markets.
• In-depth knowledge of NHS and private healthcare structures, access routes, and policy influences.
• Ability to deliver strategic insights through research and data analysis—health economics knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience working with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and senior stakeholders.
