Job Description: 
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to join our team as an Operational Marketing and Sales Support. In this role, you will provide essential support to the Marketing Department Benelux and collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing Department HQ to implement local initiatives. You will also assist the Sales Force Benelux in their daily activities and act as a back-up for the office Benelux. Seems like the opportunity for you? Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Marketing & Sales Support
Interface with Marketing Department Benelux & HQ marketing department
Layout & sending of mailings to HCPs, pharmacists, etc.
Implement digital marketing in collaboration with Digital Marketing Department HQ: mailings, LinkedIn posts, company website
Administrative support of marketing material: stock control, follow-up regulatory validation process, distribution of material to the sales team, timely ordering of material, ensure follow-up and filing of marketing material, support & update marketing budget, translation of promotional material, D!NK
Interface with creative agency/advertising/printing agency
2. Congress & Event Organisation
Interface with Sales team Benelux & District Manager Benelux & Marketing Department
Follow-up invitations of scientific meetings: invitations, accreditation
Organize internal sales team/cycle meetings (transport, agenda, communication, hotel)
Organize national & international symposia, events, congresses, webinars, digital meetings
3. Project Management
Manage e-commerce NL
Manage loyalty action micronutrition
4. Back-Up Office Benelux
Be the back-up for logistic activities
Follow-up of incoming customer questions & letters
Administrative Framework and Regulations:
Ensure all activities comply with pharmaceutical regulatory legislation, including codes of ethics, legal obligations, and company strategy.
Adhere to internal policies and applicable procedures within the company.
Cooperates With:
Upstream: Marketing Manager Benelux, Product Manager Benelux, District Manager Benelux, Pharmaceutical Affairs Benelux/RIP, Office Manager Benelux
Downstream: Product Specialists/KAMs Benelux, Creative Agencies/Advertising, Digital Marketing Department HQ

Competences:
Bachelor Office Management and some experience in event or pharmaceutical industry is an asset
Trilingual: French, Dutch, English
Strong synthesis and organizational analysis capabilities
Teamwork spirit and proactive mindset
Rigorous in applying procedures
Discretion & confidentiality
Flexible/adaptable
Curious/reliable
IT knowledge: Office package (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook), especially Excel skills and Adobe
