The Medical Information Officer serves as a primary resource to provide information about client’s pharmaceutical products, devices and related disease areas whilst adhering to all relevant standards set by Inizio Engage and the client.

Location – This role can be fully remote or based at the Inizio Engage Office, Mannheim


Medical Information (gn) - Homeoffice

                                                                           
Key Responsibilities: 

  • Respond in a timely manner to internal and external customer enquiries relating to client products and disease areas. Completely and accurately documenting all Medical Information Requests, Adverse Events and Product Quality Complaints in compliance with Inizio, Client and Federal guidelines and regulations.
  • Maintain excellent quality and productivity standards for all client programs; adhere to program scripts and guidelines
  • Accurately collect information required by individual programs and correctly capture in specific program databases
  • Exhibit effective communication and tele-management skills
  • Converse with callers in an empathetic manner and facilitate the callers in their ability to understand medical terminology, as needed
  • Display flexibility within department to maximize utilization, including performing administrative and non-telecommunication duties as needed
  • Adhere to all company policies and Standard Operating Procedures
  • Possess effective organizational skills, including working on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Must safeguard patient privacy and confidentiality as per the guidelines set forth in The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
  • Other duties as assigned


                                
Job Holder Specification

  • Life Science degree, Bachelor’s minimum, Masters preferred
  • Native language capabilities in French, Dutch, Italian, Finnisch, Norwegian or Swedish
  • Excellent written, verbal and listening communication skills in English (fluent)
  • Results oriented, excellent organizational and prioritisation skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Strong ability to work as part of a team or autonomously when required
  • Computer literate, proficient in database searching
  • Strong interpersonal skills, working proactively and the ability to work towards deadlines
  • Accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to follow process
