Account Specialist – Respiratory (Primary Care)- Bristol

The Opportunity
As an Account Specialist, you’ll own your territory and work in true partnership with Primary Care customers to understand local challenges and co-create solutions that improve patient care and deliver sustainable business growth.
You’ll bring the UK respiratory strategy to life locally, developing tailored account plans and positioning the organisation as a partner of choice in respiratory disease management.
Your Key Customers
- GPs and GP Practices
- Practice-Based Nurses and Pharmacists
- Healthcare Assistants
- Primary Care Networks (PCNs) and Practice Clusters
- Local decision-makers and influencers
What You’ll Be Doing
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, connecting them with education, medical support and value-added services
- Deliver high-quality, customer-centric promotion of the respiratory portfolio
- Develop and execute robust account plans across PCNs, practice clusters and individual practices
- Use customer insight to shape engagement, championing the Voice of the Customer
- Co-create solutions including service initiatives, collaborative projects and medical education
- Blend digital and in-person engagement to meet customer preferences
- Deliver against KPIs including sales performance, customer experience, NPS and project delivery
- Operate to the highest standards, fully aligned to the ABPI Code, company policies and values
About You
- You’ll be a confident, credible and commercially driven pharmaceutical professional with:
- Strong experience in Primary Care
- A solid understanding of the NHS landscape
- A partnership-led mindset and excellent relationship-building skills
- A passion for improving outcomes in respiratory care
