Description
At Inizio Engage, we are looking for a Brand Manager to join a leading multinational company in the Pain area. This role offers the opportunity to lead the commercial and marketing strategy for its medical product line in Portugal, playing a key role in business expansion and market development.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the launch and development of the medical division in Portugal, acting as a brand ambassador.
• Design and execute strategic marketing and commercial plans for the medical pipeline, in collaboration with HQ in Spain (Marketing, General Management, Medical Affairs, and Sales).
• Oversee medical sales, ensuring proper customer segmentation and visits.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with KOLs in the Pain area.
• Identify and develop new market opportunities in alignment with HQ in Spain.
• Serve as a member of the steering committee in Portugal, contributing to strategic decision-making.
• Work closely with the pharmacy sales division to develop joint commercial strategies for Portugal, in collaboration with HQ.
• Assume full responsibility for medical sales across Portugal.
• Lead medical marketing initiatives in the Portuguese market.
Required Profile
• University degree in Health Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial roles within the pharmaceutical industry, including marketing and medical sales.
• Native Portuguese and fluent English; Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in the Pain area is desirable.
• Proven track record of sales success and achieving targets.
• Strong leadership, project management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of the regulatory environment and compliance requirements.
• Analytical mindset and business-oriented approach.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, proactive, dynamic, and well-organized.
• Ability to build credibility and establish strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
