Job summary

Inizio Engage is seeking an experienced and dedicated Community Clinical Nurse to join our field-based nursing team covering Newcastle and surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for a registered nurse (NMC) who is passionate about delivering patient-centred care in a community setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care in line with service protocols

• Educate and support patients, families, and carers

• Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals

• Report and monitor clinical incidents as required

• Maintain clinical equipment and follow compliance standards

What You’ll Need

Essential:

• NMC registration (Adult or Children’s Nurse)

• Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience

• Minimum 1 year of post-registration experience

• Full UK driving licence

• Confident using IT systems and Android devices

Desirable:

• Experience with CVAD or parenteral nutrition

• Knowledge of outpatient antibiotic therapy or iron management
