What You’ll Do-

As a Clinical Technical Specialist, you’ll:

• Build strong relationships with clinicians and healthcare teams.
• Deliver expert onsite technical support in theatre and clinical settings.
• Lead on device trials, implantations, and programming sessions.
• Act as the key link between customers and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Provide training, troubleshoot issues, and enhance the customer experience.
• Stay ahead of the curve with the latest product and competitor knowledge.

What We’re Looking For-

You’ll bring:

• A healthcare-related background with a commercial mindset.
• Knowledge of theatre protocols and hospital procedures.
• Experience in clinical or technical interactions with HCPs and patients.
• Strong communication, education, and troubleshooting skills.
• Confidence in presenting clinical data and supporting complex cases.
• Fluency in English (and local language, if applicable).
