Job Title: Hospital Commercial Manager – Immunology

Location: Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Berkshire and London 

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role:

We are partnering with a leading global biopharmaceutical company to recruit a Hospital Commercial Manager for one of their priority brands in the immunology portfolio. This role offers the opportunity to work on a therapy central to the company’s growth strategy and has already transformed patient outcomes worldwide.

As Hospital Commercial Manager, you will map key stakeholders and decision-makers within the local and regional health economy, secure commercial agreements, and work closely with hospital pharmacists and pharmacy teams. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Key Account Managers and Market Access colleagues to deliver a joined-up, customer-centric approach that supports therapy adoption, access, and differentiation through value-added services such as patient support programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Map key stakeholders and decision-makers within the local and regional health economy.
  • Secure commercial agreements to support therapy adoption and access.
  • Work collaboratively with Key Account Managers and Market Access colleagues to ensure a joined-up, customer-focused approach across accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital pharmacists, pharmacy teams, and other key stakeholders.
  • Implement hospital-focused commercial strategies for immunology therapies.
  • Differentiate the therapy through value-added services such as patient support programs.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Support brand initiatives, promotional campaigns, and educational activities within hospitals.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in hospital sales or commercial management, preferably in immunology or a related pharmaceutical area.
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience working closely with hospital pharmacists and pharmacy teams.
  • Understanding of market access processes and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional colleagues.
  • Knowledge or experience in implementing patient support or other value-added programs is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyse data, identify opportunities, and implement effective commercial strategies.
  • Passion for delivering value to healthcare professionals and patients.
