Position: Hybrid KAM  (Private Market)

Location- North and Midlands 

Role Overview: This role is dedicated to promoting a chronic cough treatment to respiratory and ENT (Ear, Nose, and Throat) specialists in the private healthcare market. The successful candidate will work independently to identify and engage with key customers, building disease and product awareness to drive adoption. This hybrid position combines remote work with in-person visits, requiring a candidate who can effectively manage virtual interactions and maintain strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with respiratory and ENT specialists, positioning promoted brands within targeted accounts.
  • Conduct autonomous account mapping to identify potential customers and new opportunities in the private healthcare sector.
  • Drive disease awareness and product education through a mix of virtual and in-person engagement, converting educational interactions into recommendations.
  • Utilize strong technical skills to conduct remote engagements and maintain effective communication through virtual platforms.
  • Plan and execute strategic account management activities to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Gather and share market intelligence and customer insights with internal stakeholders to support broader business strategies.
  • Balance remote and in-person engagements as required, adapting to customer needs and business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in the private healthcare market or pharmaceutical sales is preferred.
  • Proven account planning, mapping, and management skills, with a track record of achieving sales goals in a healthcare setting.
  • Previous experience with product launches preferred
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage customers both in-person and through virtual platforms.
  • Technical proficiency in managing remote engagements and familiarity with digital tools to support effective virtual communication.
  • Skilled in identifying and influencing key stakeholders and decision-makers within target accounts.
