The Medical Information Operation Manager plays a critical role in Inizio Engage's Medical Information department, serving as a strategic leader responsible for comprehensive training and quality assurance initiatives. This pivotal position bridges client expectations, operational excellence, and staff development through meticulous training programs and quality monitoring.
Duties & Responsibilities:
The role encompasses a multifaceted approach to training and quality management, requiring deep engagement with project teams, client account management, and quality assurance departments. Primary responsibilities include developing sophisticated training strategies, creating comprehensive instructional materials, and implementing rigorous quality review processes.
Training and Development Focus
This position is fundamentally about designing and executing robust training programs.
Key activities include:
· Developing detailed training plans and instructional materials for classroom, ad-hoc, and self-administered training
· Creating project-specific and company-wide training curricula
· Designing evaluation methodologies to measure training effectiveness
· Providing ongoing and refresher training for project teams
· Formulating diverse instructional approaches including individual training, group instruction, lectures, demonstrations, and workshops
Quality Assurance and Compliance
Quality management is a critical component of the role, involving:
· Performing comprehensive service monitoring for assigned projects
· Conducting quality review calibration sessions with internal and client teams
· Compiling and analyzing quality assurance data
· Preparing detailed reports with actionable recommendations
· Assisting with internal and external client audits
· Maintaining and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
· Ensuring strict adherence to HIPAA privacy and security guidelines
