What You'll Do:

• Respond in a timely manner to internal and external customer enquiries relating to products and disease areas. This includes direct requests; enquiries escalated from the Front Line and enquiries escalated from head office Medical Information Team
• Be able to assess hierarchy of MI resources to respond to enquiries and be able to utilise MI resources to answer enquiries
• Prioritise enquiries involving patient care
• Provide answers through the customers preferred channel i.e. E-mail/telephone call/letter etc
• Document all enquiries accurately in GMI Connect IM. Includes appropriate use of comments fields when escalating enquiries between different colleagues
• Document adverse events and product complaints as appropriate

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Life Science degree, Batchelor’s minimum
• Desire to support patients, provide information and assistance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to include customer service skills
• Excellent organisational, time management and prioritisation skills
