Position Overview:
Inizio Engage is partnering with our client – a global biotechnology company, to promote their Covid-19 vaccine to pharmacies across the UK, aiming to increase brand awareness and engagement, leading to order placements. As a Pharmacy Vaccines Account Executive, you will be responsible for building order volumes in the self-pay market, targeting independent and small/regional chain pharmacies to secure immediate and future orders. You will also develop and maintain CRM configurations to track and measure team progress towards objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop an in-depth understanding of our client’s vaccine products and the diseases they target to facilitate meaningful discussions with pharmacists.
- Cultivate, nurture, and strengthen relationships with pharmacists and key accounts within the self-pay sector.
- Maximize sales orders for this year’s stock and pre-booked future stock.
- Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions using Inizio CRM and relevant client-based systems.
- Drive coverage across the pharmacy spectrum to increase awareness ahead of the upcoming vaccine season.
- Implement sales/order target-based incentive packages in line with our clients’ sales objectives.
- Provide monthly market insights reports containing team performance metrics and customer feedback to drive strategic decisions.
- Meet and exceed sales/activity targets outlined by the company and our client.
- Provide accurate and timely activity data to the Inizio Business Manager on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams at Inizio Engage and our client companies.
- Adhere to all Inizio Contact Centre and Inizio Engage standards and SOPs, including Touchpoint and CARE.
- Uphold high-quality standards for all client programs, following program scripts and guidelines diligently.
- Display exceptional communication and organizational skills, managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Interact courteously and professionally with customers and colleagues.
- Strictly adhere to the ABPI code of conduct without exception.
