Position: Senior RSV Specialist


 Territory: UK (Hybrid Role)

Inizio Engage is proud to be partnering with a leading pharmaceutical client to recruit an RSV Specialist. This is a unique hybrid role that combines scientific leadership with strategic account management to support the implementation of RSV prevention programs across the UK.



We're looking for a science-led, commercially aware professional who can confidently engage healthcare professionals, communicate complex clinical data, and help deliver meaningful improvements in infant health outcomes.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Act as a scientific expert on RSV, leading high-level clinical discussions and educational initiatives.

  • Build and manage relationships with key healthcare providers and institutions to support the delivery of RSV prevention services.

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with clinical and operational goals.

  • Support the setup and optimisation of RSV clinics, providing training, resources, and implementation support.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to share market insights and drive continuous improvement.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MD, or equivalent) with strong experience in medical affairs and account management.

  • Proven track record in scientific communication and stakeholder engagement within the healthcare sector.

  • Strong understanding of the UK healthcare system, with experience in vaccines, respiratory, or paediatrics highly desirable.

  • Ability to translate clinical evidence into impactful customer conversations and long-term partnerships.
