Inizio Engage are proud to be partnering with a renowned pharmaceutical company to recruit a Pharmacy Vaccines Account Executive. The Pharmacy Vaccines Account Executive will be responsible for calling on predefined target customers across the pharmacy landscape to increase their vaccine uptake by self-pay patients, to achieve activity metrics and meet all relevant standards as set by the company and the Contact Centre Project Manager. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of our vaccine products and the diseases they target to facilitate meaningful discussions with pharmacists.  

  • Cultivate, nurture, and strengthen relationships with pharmacists and key accounts within the self-pay sector. 

  • Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions using Inizio CRM and relevant client-based systems, adhering to predefined call parameters. 

  • Stay informed and up-to-date on the healthcare landscape, particularly within the self-pay segment. 

  • Meet and exceed sales/ activity targets outlined by the company and our clients.  

  • Provide accurate and timely activity data to the Inizio Business Manager on a weekly/monthly basis. 

  • Delivery of KPI’s set by the manager. 

  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams at Inizio Engage and our client companies. 

  • Adhere strictly to all Inizio Contact Centre and Inizio Engage standards and SOP’s, including Touchpoint and CARE. 

  • Uphold high-quality standards for all client programs, following program scripts and guidelines diligently. 

  • Gather necessary information for individual programs and input it accurately into specific program databases. 

  • Display exceptional communication skills. 

  • Exhibit strong organizational abilities, managing multiple projects concurrently. 

  • Always represent the company with professionalism. 

  • Interact courteously and professionally with customers and colleagues. 

  • Strictly adhere to the ABPI code of conduct without exception.
