We are looking for an experienced and passionate Clinical Manager to support a dermatology portfolio across the Benelux region, with a strong focus on Belgium. This is a strategic role that combines clinical expertise, hands-on training, and field support.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct product demonstrations and clinical trainings for dermatologists and plastic surgeons.

Support the sales team during field visits and customer interactions.

Manage your own schedule based on hospital and physician availability (flexibility is key).

Attend international trainings and events, sometimes alongside HCPs.

Set up and install laser devices during demos (technical aptitude required).

Identify opportunities and take initiative to drive clinical adoption.

Your Profile

Proven experience in clinical support, ideally in dermatology or hospital settings.

Strong interest in skin treatments and dermatological technologies.

Technically minded and comfortable handling medical devices.

Able to work independently, with perseverance and adaptability.

Willing to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and travel abroad.

Ideally trilingual (Dutch/French/English)
