We are currently seeking passionate Hybrid Vaccine Account Executives to join our team and focus on the UK Influenza market. This position offers the opportunity to work at a primary care level, engaging in high-quality face-to-face interactions and utilizing multichannel strategies to promote vaccine products and secure orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with assigned accounts, ensuring a positive representation of our client to external stakeholders.
  • Sales Interactions: Conduct sales interactions to promote the client’s brand to healthcare professionals, fostering advocacy and progressing to confirmed orders.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated with current strategies and utilize promotional literature effectively during sales processes.
  • Sales Targets: Actively sell and take vaccine orders from potential customers, achieving designated sales and activity targets.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Drive adoption of the vaccine portfolio with existing and new stakeholders, mapping key local stakeholders to foster a supportive vaccination environment.
  • NHS Environment Understanding: Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the local NHS environment, particularly flu vaccination policies and implementation.
  • Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities while contributing positively to the sales team and broader account team.
  • Competitor Intelligence: Gather and report on localized competitor intelligence.
  • Compliance: Consult with relevant personnel within Inizio Engage and the client company, adhering to minimum standards and SOPs.

Essential Skills:

  • Degree-level education (or equivalent)
  • Demonstrable commercial acumen
  • Experience in flu vaccine sales within the UK market
  • Exceptional understanding of the vaccine portfolio
  • Strong strategic and logical business planning skills
  • Excellent account management capabilities
  • In-depth knowledge of key account drivers
  • Superior communication skills across various channels
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and leverage relationships effectively
  • Comprehensive understanding of the NHS environment
  • Self-motivated with effective time management and organizational skills
  • Proven track record of achieving sales success
  • Flexibility to manage shifting priorities
