Hybrid Vaccine Account Executive
Inizio Engage is proud to be working with CSL Seqirus to recruit Hybrid Vaccine Account Executives to work in the UK Influenza market. This is an exciting and fulfilling opportunity to work at a primary care level, where the focus will be to deliver high quality face to face interactions as well as utilising multichannel approaches to promote products and secure vaccines orders in line with healthcare professional preferences.
We are seeking Hybrid Vaccine Account Executives to manage existing influenza vaccine accounts and identify new opportunities through the development and implementation of local business plans, aligned with regional and national brand objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with all assigned accounts, promoting a positive and professional image of CSL Seqirus with external stakeholders
• To conduct sales interactions to promote the CSL Seqirus brand to healthcare professionals, developing advocacy and influence across assigned accounts and progressing these conversations quickly to confirmed orders
• To be fully conversant with current strategies for individual client project and utilise all relevant promotional literature as part of the sales process
• To actively sell and take CSL Seqirus vaccine orders from all and any potential customers, and to achieve sales and activity targets
• Drive adoption and usage of CSL Seqirus vaccine portfolio with all existing and new stakeholders
• Develop local account plans to identify and map key local stakeholders with which you can prepare a positive healthcare environment which supports vaccine uptake (key stakeholders include, but not limited to; Practice Managers, GPs, Practice Nurses, Pharmacists, PCN leads)
• Fully understand the local NHS environment, specifically regarding flu vaccination policy and implementation
• Demonstrate a high degree of knowledge within the vaccine area and employ a range of compliant promotional tactics to successfully develop and strengthen business amongst the customers you work with whilst identifying any new business opportunities
• Contribute positively to the sales team and broader account team you work within, to build strong business plans and deliver effectively against them
• Develop and report on localized competitor intelligence
• Consult with all relevant personnel within Inizio Engage Limited and the client company and adhere to all Inizio Engage minimum standards and SOPs
Essential Skills
• Degree level education (or equivalent)
• ABPI Qualified
• Demonstrable commercial acumen
• Flu vaccine selling experience within UK market
• Exceptional understanding of the CSL Seqirus vaccine portfolio
• Ability to business plan strategically and logically
• Excellent account management skills
• Knowledge of the drivers surrounding key accounts
• Excellent communication skills across a broad range of channels
• To build rapport quickly and then capitalise upon the forming relationship is an essential requirement for this role, coupled with the desire to deliver on behalf of Inizio and the Client
• Superior working and current knowledge of the NHS environment, nationally and locally
• Demonstrated ability to:
o be self-motivated
o plan and organise time effectively
o achieve sales success
• Evidence of being able to work in a flexible way to manage shifting priorities
