🌟 We are looking for a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) based in Spain (preferably Madrid or Barcelona) to join an exciting new project in the fields of Anesthesiology and Neonatology! 🌟

✔️ What will be your responsibilities?


1. Scientific Engagement & KOL Development:

-Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key opinion leaders in anesthesiology and neonatology.

-Secure medical advocacy from senior physicians in both public and private hospitals.

-Support the incorporation of products into national and institutional guidelines and clinical SOPs.


2. Medical Access Enablement

-Support access-related conversations with regional pharmacy committees and hospital decision-makers.

-Generate and share medical insights to facilitate integration into local clinical practice and treatment protocols.

-Take part in scientific exchanges with healthcare professionals, hospital stakeholders, and payer-related groups.


3. Scientific Presence & Education

-Actively participate in key national and international congresses, including booth activities and symposia.

-Conduct scientific meetings with formulary and protocol decision-makers.

-Lead workshops and education sessions in pediatric intensive care units and other hospital settings.


4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

-Align medical affairs strategy with KAM and Market Access initiatives.

-Work closely with internal teams to prepare for advisory boards and product launch readiness.

-Provide continuous internal training and field-based insights to refine overall strategy.


🔍 What are we looking for?


-Advanced scientific degree (PharmD, MD, PhD) or equivalent in a relevant field. 

-Strong medical background in anesthesiology and/or neonatology.

-5+ years of experience in medical affairs or a related function will be highly valued.

-We are also open to strong profiles from medical sales professionals with 3+ years of experience in neonatology hospital visits, who bring solid therapeutic knowledge and stakeholder engagement.

-Proven experience interacting with senior clinicians and institutional decision-makers.

-Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

-Field-oriented, structured, and autonomous working style.

-Fluent in Spanish and English (written & spoken).

-Based in Spain, preferably Madrid.

-Willingness to travel across the region.
