As a Pharmacy Engagement Executive, you’ll play a key role in connecting with pharmacists across the UK—helping them stay informed by securing consent to receive valuable educational and product information from a leading global pharmaceutical company.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Engaging pharmacists across the UK through outbound calls
• Building rapport and communicating the value of educational resources
• Securing e-consent in a clear, compliant, and professional way
• Recording accurate information in internal systems
• Handling objections with confidence and professionalism
• Contributing to team targets and overall campaign success

Confident and comfortable on the phone

Clear, professional communicators

Resilient and positive, even when facing rejection

Detail-oriented and organised

It’s a bonus if you have:

Experience in telesales, call centres, or customer engagement

Exposure to healthcare or pharmacy environments
