Territory Business Manager – Diabetes (UK)
Location:  Ox Bucks Berks, Surrey and Sussex
Type: Permanent / Full Time

About the Role:

As a Diabetes Territory Business Manager, you will manage business activities across priority hospital accounts and Integrated Care Systems (ICS). You’ll take the lead on local account planning, using customer insights to craft and execute strategies that align with the overall brand goals. From launch, you’ll work closely with Key Account Managers (KAMs) to ensure optimal product positioning, all while focusing on improving patients' lives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a territory business plan based on local NHS and customer priorities.
  • Lead cross-functional business planning with the Regional Business Manager, KAM, and Medical Liaison teams.
  • Achieve sales and patient start targets through in-person and digital customer interactions.
  • To achieve the KPI’s as set out by the RBM/client company
  • Build deep expertise in diabetes and relevant competitor products to provide valuable support to healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate effectively with KAMs, Medical Liaisons, and Head Office teams to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
  • Uphold high standards of integrity and compliance at all times.


What You Bring:
  • Proven ability to identify and convert business opportunities into growth.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A track record of success in pharmaceutical sales, including selling a broad portfolio across various disease areas.
  • ABPI qualification and a full UK driving license are essential.
  • Personal accountability, flexibility, and a winning mindset to excel in a competitive environment.
