Key Account Manager Dermatology (2 Positions) | The Netherlands

Are you passionate about science, dermatology, and building strategic partnerships? Join a team driving the launch of an innovative new treatment in dermatology across the Netherlands.

To support the launch of a new product, we are looking for two Key Account Managers in Dermatology to cover the Dutch market.

These positions are offered through an initial 12-month outsourcing contract with Inizio Engage Belgium, with the potential for future permanent integration within our client organization, a leading international biotechnology company focused on dermatological diseases.

Your Role

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with key stakeholders in dermatology across the Netherlands.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and executing the commercial strategy within your assigned territory.
• Building long-term partnerships with dermatologists, specialist centers, hospitals, and other key stakeholders.
• Identifying business opportunities and supporting market access for the new product.
• Working closely with Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Marketing teams.
• Maintaining a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and customer needs.
• Playing a critical role in the successful product launch and adoption across the Dutch market.

Your Profile

• University degree in a scientific discipline (Pharmacy, Biology, Biomedical Sciences, Life Sciences, or equivalent).
• Proven experience within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Strong expertise in dermatology.
• An established network of dermatologists and key dermatology stakeholders in the Netherlands.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a cross-functional team.
• Fluent in Dutch (native speaker) and English.

Location

We are ideally looking for:

• 1 Key Account Manager based in the Northern Netherlands
• 1 Key Account Manager based in the Southern Netherlands

Candidates living in a central location with the ability to effectively cover their territory will also be considered.
