As part of our continued growth, we are currently looking for a Marketing Product Specialist OTC / Consumer Healthcare to support the marketing and development of an innovative product portfolio across the BeNeLux region.

🎯 Your Responsibilities

As a Marketing Product Specialist, you will play a key role in driving marketing strategy and execution:

• Contribute to the promotion of an OTC/OTX portfolio and support the execution of communication plans to enhance brand visibility
• Support the development and implementation of annual marketing plans across the BeNeLux region
• Take ownership of specific marketing projects and ensure proper follow-up with cross-functional teams
• Develop and optimize promotional materials to support sales teams
• Support and help drive digital marketing initiatives
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and performance data to generate actionable insights
• Contribute to market research projects and identify new business opportunities
• Support the launch of new products within the region
• Attend congresses, seminars, and industry events to stay up to date with market developments

👤 Your Profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, Business, or Economics
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within OTC or consumer healthcare
• Experience in wound care is considered an asset
• Proven experience in developing and executing marketing plans
• Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong market understanding
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and ownership-driven attitude
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Fluent in English and Dutch; French is a plus
• Willingness to travel (~20% of working time)
