Job Purpose

For our client, we are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Account Manager specializing in dental implant workflows who excels not only in driving sales but also in supporting the complete patient journey. The ideal candidate has a forward-thinking digital mindset to have a deep understanding of our integrated digital workflows involved—from patient acceptance and data capturing, through surgical coordination, to the delivery of the final prosthetics.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

-             Drive Sales: Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory to generate new business for the organizations products/Services.

-             End-to-End Workflow Management: Support and guide clients through the entire workflow, ensuring smooth coordination from initial patient acceptance and diagnostic data capture to surgery and final prosthetic delivery.

-             Client Education: Educate dental professionals on the benefits, applications, and clinical aspects of dental implant products and digital workflows.

-             Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with dental professionals and clinics to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

-             Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (clinical, technical, marketing) to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.

-             Market Insights: Analyzes the territory potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customers value to the organization.

-             Makes telephone calls and in-person visits and gives presentations to existing and prospective customers. Participates in trade shows and conventions.

-             Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.

-             Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.

-             Utilization of Customer Relationship Management Software and Prospecting software to enable identification and progress of customer interactions.

-             Plans and organizes personal sales strategy by maximizing the Return on Time investment for the territory and meets quotas for production on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.

-             Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

 Qualifications

-             Field sales/account management experience

-             Dental Practice or digital dentistry background is an advantage

-             Must have excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

-             Digitally enabled

-             Must have good computer skills (Microsoft Office – Word/Excel).

-             Language skills Dutch (native) & English.

-             Must be a team player.
