Job Title: Client Account Coordinator
Working Hours: 1.30pm-10pm

Job Purpose/Overview:
Assists Client Account Manager with planning, evaluating and improving project specific activities. The Client Account Coordinator must collaborate effectively with internal resources/ departments. The Client Account Coordinator must ensure that agreed client objectives are reported and tracked for both the client and Inizio
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
· Assist Client Account Management Team in all functions of daily program maintenance
· Coordinate and participate in all aspects of project start-up and ongoing program maintenance, including but not limited to, creating scripts and logic flow, developing reporting protocols and templates, ensuring that key performance metrics are provided to clients in a timely manner
· Assist with the planning and creation of client Quarterly Business Reviews
· Document meeting minutes for all Client meetings
· Assist with writing and maintaining client specific SOPs and Work Instructions.
· Coordinate and maintain ongoing projects by acting as liaison between clients, vendors, and internal departments; report program status and offer recommendations to ensure successful program implementation
· Assist in the coordination of training schedules and training materials for program trainings
· Assist with monitoring call quality and provide ongoing training support
· Develop and maintain individual project databases
· Compile program metric reporting and send to clients at agreed upon intervals
· Perform administrative program tasks as assigned by management for the business unit.
· Must safeguard patient privacy and confidentiality by following the guidelines set forth in the Privacy and Security Rules of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

Requirements & Qualifications:
· BSc life science degree
· Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail
· Excellent communication and customer service skills
· Critical thinking and creating problem solving skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; ability to quickly master new technology
· Introductory knowledge of medical/pharmaceutical terminology
· Basic telecommunications/call center operations
· Familiarity of FDA guidelines/regulations
