What You'll Be Doing:

• Provide hands-on technical support during theatre and clinic procedures — from trials and implants to post-op programming.
• Build and maintain trusted partnerships with healthcare professionals, offering expert guidance and world-class customer service.
• Be a technical authority, acting as a bridge between clinical teams and internal business functions.
• Educate and train clinicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure consistent delivery of therapy excellence.
• Stay ahead of market trends and competitor insights to drive brand growth and therapy adoption.
• Support field sales teams with data-driven account insights, training sessions, and inventory/billing processes.

What We're Looking For:

• Healthcare background with a commercial mindset and drive for results.
• Comfortable in surgical settings and familiar with hospital protocols.
• Experience working directly with healthcare professionals and patients in a clinical or technical capacity.
• Excellent communicator in both English and the local language.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Confident troubleshooting and solving complex technical challenges.
