In this commercial-clinical role, you will lead the promotion and support of our client’s product, a game-changing solution for patients suffering from incontinence, through a unique blend of territory management, clinical expertise, and customer engagement.
What You’ll Do:
As a key member of their Pelvic Health team, you will:
Commercial & Strategic Responsibilities:
- Own and execute a clear territory plan, aligned with business goals and market potential
- Identify and convert new patient opportunities while protecting and expanding existing accounts
- Deliver product presentations, business reviews, and engage hospital stakeholders to drive service development
- Forecast accurately and manage your region’s revenue, inventory, and service metrics
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Business Development, and Operations to maximise growth
Clinical & Technical Responsibilities:
- Provide expert clinical support in operating theatres during sacral neuromodulation procedures
- Train and educate healthcare professionals, from surgeons to nursing teams on product and best practices
- Troubleshoot device or procedural challenges, ensuring optimal patient outcomes and clinician confidence
- Deliver technical workshops, participate in congresses, and contribute to ongoing educational programs
- Maintain accurate records of case coverage, feedback, and events using Salesforce CRM
Essential:
- A degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Nursing, Physiotherapy, Business or a related field
- Demonstrated experience in medical device sales, clinical education, or theatre support
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage confidently at all levels
- Excellent problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating across a wider team
- Flexible to travel within your territory and work in a clinical/theatre setting
- Full UK driving license
Desirable:
- Knowledge of Urology, Colorectal, or UroGynae therapy areas
- Prior experience with neuromodulation, surgical navigation, or similar technologies
- Salesforce.com or CRM system proficiency
- Passion for innovation and improving patient pathways
