About the Opportunity

On behalf of one of our international pharmaceutical clients, we are looking for an experienced and dynamic Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to strengthen the Medical Affairs team across the BENELUX region.

This highly visible, field-based position offers the opportunity to engage with leading healthcare professionals, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and scientific experts in a specialized therapeutic area. As a trusted scientific partner, you will contribute to the advancement of patient care through high-quality scientific exchange and medical insight generation.

Your Responsibilities

As a Medical Science Liaison, you will:

• Build and maintain trusted scientific relationships with KOLs, healthcare professionals, and relevant healthcare organizations across the BENELUX region.
• Communicate complex scientific and medical information in a clear, compliant, and impactful way.
• Collect and share valuable medical insights from the field to support Medical Affairs strategies and business decisions.
• Identify, profile, and support investigators and institutions for clinical studies, registries, and research initiatives.
• Contribute to the execution of local and regional Medical Affairs plans.
• Organize and participate in advisory boards, scientific meetings, congresses, symposia, and educational events.
• Deliver scientific presentations and medical education programs to external stakeholders.
• Support publication planning, scientific training initiatives, and medical communication projects.
• Act as a scientific resource for cross-functional teams including Commercial, Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Development, and Market Access.
• Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with applicable regulations, industry codes, and company procedures.

Your Profile

Education

• Master's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biomedical Sciences, Medicine, or related healthcare discipline.
• PhD or advanced scientific qualification is considered an asset.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry.
• Previous experience as an MSL, Medical Advisor, Medical Scientific Liaison, or Medical Affairs professional is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of clinical research and scientific communication.

Languages

✅ Native or fluent Dutch and/or French
✅ Professional fluency in English
✅ Ability to work effectively in a multilingual BENELUX environment
