In Inizio Engage, we are recruiting for a direct and permanent position in a leading Multinational in the Pharmaceutical Industry, a Digital Scientific Partner for Respiratory and Woman Health.
Based in Barcelona.
Territory: Cataluña, Baleares and Huesca.
What would be your main responsibilities?
Provide Relevant Information to the Scientific Community:
- Select and disseminate information to physicians, keeping them updated to deliver presentations at scientific meetings (conferences, clinical sessions, workshops, webinars, etc.).
- Maximize the use of technology and channels of influence to become the go-to spokesperson in respiratory pathology and women's health care.
- Drive and lead expert meetings, medical training sessions, scientific events, even participating as a speaker (in-person and virtually).
- Establish and enhance relationships with the most influential physicians and medical societies, in line with the company's strategy (KOL management).
- Propose the best speakers from the scientific community for conferences and expert workshops.
Management and Dissemination of Scientific Information:
- Conduct systematic literature searches to stay up-to-date and provide updated information to the community of medical experts. Disseminate this information and address any queries that arise.
- Critically read scientific articles and prepare slide kits to educate healthcare professionals.
- Provide advice and support for medical inquiries from healthcare professionals and sales representatives.
Internally Share Information Obtained Through Clients:
- Gather and convey key insights from the therapeutic area of interest.
- Collect and communicate research proposals emerging from the scientific community to the organization (proposals for studies initiated by researchers).
Skills, experience & knowledge requirements
- Scientific Degree (Medicine, Pharmacy or Bioscience)
- PhD or Master Degree nice to have
- 2-3 years in a similar position related to the areas of interest. Desirable experience in respiratory pathologies and iron deficiency.
- Digital skills to lead Webinars, digital Advisory Boards, online training, etc.
- Optimal proficiency in the virtual environment and experience with innovative approaches.
- Proficient in English (oral and written).
