We are building a new team of Integrated Account Specialists and are searching for a driven and passionate Regional Sales Manager to lead a team of Integrated Account Specialists. About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Integrated Regional Sales Manager to lead and coach a new team of Integrated Account Specialists, calling on both primary, secondary & Key Account customers. In this critical role, you will be responsible for driving success in line with our business objectives within the diabetes space, working closely with partner organisations to ensure effective collaboration at the local level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a territory business plan based on local NHS and customer priorities.
  • Lead cross-functional business planning with the Regional Business Manager, Key Account Managers (KAMs), and Medical Liaison teams.
  • Achieve sales and patient start targets through both in-person and digital customer interactions.
  • Meet the KPIs set forth by the Regional Business Manager and client company.
  • Build profound expertise in diabetes and relevant competitor products to support healthcare professionals effectively.
  • Collaborate with KAMs, Medical Liaisons, and Head Office teams to secure the best possible outcomes for patients.
  • Maintain high standards of integrity and compliance at all times.

What You Bring:

  • Proven track record of identifying and converting business opportunities into growth.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Successful history in pharmaceutical sales, including experience selling a broad portfolio across various disease areas.
  • ABPI qualification and a full UK driving license are essential.
  • Personal accountability, flexibility, and a winning mindset to excel in a competitive environment.
