Job Purpose/Overview:

To achieve revenue and profit sales targets through identifying opportunities and subsequently securing business for INIZIO Engage services within a defined group of customers, and to work closely with Operations and other divisions within the company to ensure best in class implementation and service delivery.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• To achieve target annual revenues at margins specified by the INIZIO Engage Benelux General Manager.  Either through the independent pursuit of business opportunity or by collaborative working with the wider commercial team as directed by the General manager Benelux.
• To respond to Requests for Information and Requests for Proposals with high quality response documents within the given timeframe.
• To discuss and negotiate the submitted proposals with the clients and convert the to a business win
• To complete analysis on customer accounts and or product portfolios that can inform the business development opportunities within the account/portfolio.
• To achieve stated customer activity objectives as directed by the General Manager Benelux from time to time, including but not limited to, face to face meetings, social business meetings and non-face to face contact as appropriate.
• To lead price negotiations, within boundaries specified by the General Manager Benelux, to maximize INIZIO Engage’s profitability.
• To follow up on international projects and proposal requests by the International Business Development Director.
• To provide market insight to assist the wider team and Business Development community derive strategy and the production of the annual Business Development plan.
• To develop a competent understanding of all of INIZIO Engage’s services offerings and how their application can benefit the commercial, or patient agenda, of our customers.
• As required to seek out business development best practice within the Division and ensure that INIZIO Engage Benelux is proactive in adopting relevant approaches.
• To report all BD activities and leads/deals in the INIZIO CRM platform HubSpot on daily base
• Participate to the bi-weekly remote BD meetings on pipeline and recent wins
• To develop strong relationships with customers that are characterised by :
• Frequent contact with key individuals within that customer
• An open dialogue which allows customers to proactively address any emerging issues
• INIZIO Engage becoming a primary supplier of Commercial and Clinical services.
• To produce forecasts for new business within the designated customer base
• Liaise with other functional / organization managers so as to understand, develop and implement all new business opportunities.

Requirements & Qualifications:

·       Degree level education or equivalent

·       Bachelor / Master's degree

·       2 years+ CSO or pharma industry sales and or marketing experience

·       Excellent networker

·       Strong verbal, written and presentational skills

·       Tri-lingual : Dutch / French / English

·       Track record of delivering commercial success through personal efforts

·       Strong interpersonal skills

·       Customer focused

·       Numerate and strong analytical ability

·       Sense of urgency and a motivation to achieve results

·       Good collaboration skills / able to work with others and gain the best solution
