Whether you're a Life Sciences graduate, Healthcare Professional, Medical Sales Representative, or someone with excellent customer service and communication skills, this is an exciting opportunity to use your expertise in a role that makes a real impact.

No previous Mask Fit Testing experience is required—comprehensive training, ongoing mentorship, and full support will be provided.

About the Role

As a Mask Fit Tester, you will work within healthcare settings, conducting qualitative face fit testing to ensure respiratory protective equipment (RPE) provides an effective seal for healthcare professionals.

You will play a key role in supporting infection prevention and maintaining the safety of healthcare staff and patients.

Key Responsibilities

·                  Conduct Face Fit Testing in accordance with BSIF Fit2Fit standards.

·                  Deliver daily face fit testing clinics within healthcare environments.

·                  Ensure testing equipment is maintained, calibrated, and operating correctly.

·                  Clearly explain testing procedures and results to healthcare professionals.

·                  Accurately record testing outcomes and maintain documentation.

·                  Follow quality standards, operating procedures, and compliance requirements.

·                  Deliver an excellent service while managing a busy workload efficiently.

About You

·                  Some understanding of the NHS or healthcare environment (desirable).
