For our client, we are looking for a Medical Science Liaison Hematology

As Medical Science Liaison Hematology for Belgium, you are reporting to the MSL Manager based in France. You are closely collaborating with the Medical Manager Hematology Belgium. You will have a portfolio of scientific & clinical experts, visiting them to gain insights in the therapeutic domain and exchange scientific data, support scientific projects, respond to questions from HCP and organize & present at scientific meetings.

Education & Medical Experience

• Master degree in health sciences
• Experience in Hematology
• Experience in medical affairs or at the customer interface

Demonstrated Skills

• Strong external focus, including high emotional intelligence and the ability to engage in professional relationship building and networking.
• Fluent in French & Dutch; good in English
• Ability to ‘translate’ scientific data into meaningful and clear content for customer communications and engagement
• Expertise in literature identification and evaluation
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills,
• Effective planning & project management skills and pro-activity
• Self-directed and able to work alone in the field effectively managing multiple priorities and projects,
• Excellent presentation skills
• Commercial/business acumen and contribution

• Learning agility to comprehend and effectively communicate large amounts of complex scientific content in a clear and concise fashion
