Inizio Engage is proud to be working with Kinetik Wellbeing to recruit a Healthcare Development Manager. Kinetik Wellbeing are a medical device manufacturer and distributor with an impressive portfolio of public sector clients, including the NHS and UK-based digital health providers.

Some of the responsibilities of the role include (but are not limited to):

• Identify and respond to new business opportunities for our technology.
• Support the team in the preparation, review and submission of bids –a good working knowledge of frameworks, public sector proposals, tenders… is important
• A primary care payer facing role
• Build on existing and establish new relationships with NHS key influencers
• Digital and face to face sales to customers according to their location and preference
• Candidate should have experience and proven success working at CCG and Trust level, ideally with sales pull through activities.
• Devices experience, particularly medical electrical (blood pressure monitors and glucose meters preferred)
• Digital native, able to deliver a positive and seamless customer experience utilising chosen platform and telephony system
• Organising and delivering meetings/webinars as required
• Utilising all relevant promotional literature and other resources/areas of expertise as required
• Implementation and achievement of annual NHS plans and agreed KPI’s
• Ensuring the timely, on-budget and successful delivery of projects according to client needs and objectives
• From time-to-time working outside of office hours to attend client functions and/or entertain clients
• Driving the awareness and adoption of the Kinetik brand in the public sector and to private healthcare
• Serving as a lead point of contact for our public sector clients

What we are looking for
• At least 2 years’ experience of selling to the NHS
• Working knowledge of NHS influencers
• Successful track record of business development, sales and building commercial success
• Willing to travel regularly
• Experience in the medical devices sector
• An effective communicator with the ability to work as part of a growing team
• Very proactive and comfortable face to face as much as VC/phone
• High levels of attention to detail
