Inizio Engage is recruiting an Inside Sales Representative to engage remotely with Pharmacies and HCPs (clinics, health care centers, private offices) to provide our product and services in the German market.

Your new role

• Sales & Customer Engagement: Maintain ongoing contact with pharmacies and healthcare professionals, ensuring strong customer relationships;
• Sales Strategy & Execution: Achieve sales targets by effectively positioning our products and services;
• Market Insights: Gather and report market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitive analysis;
• Planning & Collaboration: Work closely with team leaders and regional managers, contributing ideas and actively participating in meetings;
• Teamwork & Contribution: Work closely with your Inside Sales Lead, Regional Business Manager, and other stakeholders, contributing ideas and supporting additional business initiatives.

What we are looking for 🔎

• 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in a remote or inside sales role;
• Fluency in English and German (written and spoken);
• Strong presentation and communication skills, including the ability to engage groups remotely;
• Excellent organizational and time management skills;
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships remotely.
