New Opportunity! We are recruiting for a Swedish-Speaking Medical Information Specialist
About the Role
We’re looking for a Swedish-speaking Medical Information Specialist to join our Medical Information team at Inizio Engage. This is an exciting opportunity for a life sciences graduate with strong language skills to support healthcare professionals, patients, and customers across Swedish markets. You’ll act as a scientific expert, delivering accurate and balanced medical information while ensuring the highest standards of compliance and quality.
What You’ll Be Doing-
- Handling medical and technical enquiries in Swedish and English via phone, email, and digital channels
- Researching and analysing enquiries to provide accurate, evidence-based, and compliant responses
- Identifying and documenting Medical Information enquiries, Adverse Events, and Product Quality Complaints
- Ensuring all work aligns with internal SOPs, client requirements, and regulatory standards
- Accurately recording all interactions in internal and client databases
- Supporting follow-up activities and case management processes
- Maintaining high levels of quality, accuracy, and productivity
- Collaborating with colleagues across the team, including supporting training and shared tasks where needed
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Life Sciences
- Fluency in Swedish (native or near-native) and English
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work proactively and meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
- Previous experience in Medical Information, customer service, or healthcare is beneficial but not essential
