The Quantitative Researcher will play a critical role in shaping our clients’ quantitative research function. The role will establish best practices, lead end-to-end research projects, and contribute to the company’s long-term growth by enhancing internal capabilities.

This role is responsible for designing, executing, and delivering high-quality quantitative healthcare market research projects. The Quantitative Researcher will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure the delivery of actionable insights that support strategic decision-making for top healthcare companies.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Execution & Insights Generation

  • Lead end-to-end execution of quantitative research projects, including global tracking/ATUs, segmentations, and demand studies.
  • Develop high-impact surveys that effectively capture insights aligned with client objectives.
  • Oversee project setup and methodology, working closely with third-party vendors for survey programming and design.
  • Ensure data integrity by managing data cleaning, processing, analysis, and reporting.
  • Craft compelling narratives that distil key findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Engage with clients, managing communications through emails, meetings, workshops, and presentations.

Process Improvement & Innovation

  • Continuously evaluate and refine quantitative research processes to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Drive best practices that enhance project execution while maintaining rigorous research standards.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of quantitative innovation.

Internal Capability Building

  • Upskill the team by collaborating with Learning & Development to create and deliver quantitative training.
  • Mentor colleagues who want to develop their quantitative expertise.
  • Partner with leadership to expand and evolve our quantitative offerings.

Business Development & Thought Leadership

  • Contribute to proposals by shaping methodologies and articulating value to clients.
  • Develop marketing materials, including capability decks and LinkedIn content.
  • Strengthen client relationships through the consistent delivery of high-quality work, with potential for long-term business development involvement.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • ·         6+ years of experience in quantitative healthcare market research.
  • ·         Proven expertise in survey design, data analysis, and reporting.
  • ·         Experience managing global research studies in pharmaceuticals or healthcare.
  • ·         Strong track record of client engagement and project leadership.

Skills

  • ·         Driven and motivated self-starter
  • ·         Great interpersonal and communication skills to partner with stakeholders and engage clients and internal teams effectively.
  • ·         In-depth knowledge of quantitative methods, including ATU studies, segmentation, tracking, and more.
  • ·         Skilled in creating effective, insight-driven surveys that yield valuable data.
  • ·         Strong ability and enthusiasm for continuous learning and mentoring others, fostering a learning culture and helping colleagues develop their skills and capabilities.
  • ·         Proficient in statistical tools to analyse and interpret complex data.
  • ·                 Expertise in using tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau, DisplayR or similar for clear, impactful visual data presentation.
