About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Key Account Manager to join a dynamic team covering the North London area. This role is ideal for an experienced medical rep with a background in Account Management and/or Secondary Care, looking to take the next step in their career.
This is a strategic, customer-facing role where you'll be instrumental in launching innovative new products and driving growth across key hospitals within the account. You'll work autonomously to identify, engage, and influence key stakeholders and building strong partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to maximise account potential.
- Deliver sales and market share targets in line with company objectives.
- Provide clinical and product expertise through impactful, compliant engagement.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay informed on market dynamics, competitor activity, and NHS policies to support business goals.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven track record in medical sales – ideally within key account management or hospital/secondary care environments.
- Confident communicator with strong influencing and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to interpret data and shape effective sales strategies.
- Passionate about improving patient outcomes and making a real difference in healthcare.
- Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently.
