Role Overview

This role is focused on promoting a specialist epilepsy treatment to neurology professionals across hospitals and specialist centres throughout the UK. The successful candidate will work independently to identify and engage key customers, building disease and product awareness to support appropriate use in clinical practice.

The position is primarily remote, requiring a candidate who can effectively manage virtual and phone-based interactions to develop and maintain strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with neurology specialists, positioning promoted products within targeted accounts.
Conduct autonomous account mapping from a pre-defined target list, prioritising high-value accounts and identifying potential new customers.
Raise awareness of epilepsy management and product indications through a mix of virtual and phone-based engagement.
Deliver high-quality remote interactions using digital platforms to educate and influence stakeholders.
Plan and execute strategic account management activities to meet and exceed performance objectives.
Gather and share market intelligence and customer insights with internal stakeholders to inform business strategy.
Remain flexible and adaptable to changes in the market environment and strategic direction.
Qualifications
Previous experience in neurology, epilepsy, or secondary care sales is preferred.
Proven account planning, mapping, and management skills, with a track record of achieving results in a healthcare setting.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively through virtual platforms.
Technical proficiency in remote engagement and use of digital tools.
Demonstrated ability to identify and influence key stakeholders and decision-makers within hospital environments.
