About the role:

NTA is a customer facing, field-based marketing role, reporting to the national lead marketer for Cardiometabolic Health. The role requires close collaboration with wider cross-functional team both in the office and the field.

The focus is to drive growth and brand performance through development/localization and implementation of robust educational programs and tactics that will lead to remarkable customer experiences. Job Description:

We are looking for a driven NTA with a deep understanding of the therapy area and a genuine interest in building strong customer relationships and creating impact in the field. You will be part of a cross-functional team within Cardiometabolic Health, working closely with colleagues across marketing, medical, and sales — reporting directly to the National Mounjaro Lead. The role is field-based and requires someone who thrives on switching between strategic thinking and operational delivery.

As an NTA, you will play a key role in engaging and building relationships with Thought Leaders, and also acting as a connector between them and other HCPs to share expertise and drive prescribing behavior. Everything you do will be in line with the client's internal guidelines and external regulations.

  • Manage speakers end-to-end: selection, engagement, briefing, speaker slide decks and contracting.
  • Develop and upload promotional and educational content in Veeva Promomats in accordance with PMAP procedures and local pharma code.
  • Track program implementation using tools (example CET, Brand360) to support data-driven decision making
  • Deliver post-meeting evaluation reports and create a structured feedback loop with the Brand Team to inform future program design
  • Own OPEX planning, tracking, and management for assigned programs.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Strong project management skills - Ability to execute on a plan and manage multiple deadlines / priorities.
  • Proven experience in marketing or in pharmaceutical/biotech industry, having managed educational programs in the past.
  • Proven experience developing promotional materials and managing end-to-end approval processes in compliance with pharma industry codes and internal SOPs.
  • Results oriented, with a clear sense of urgency.
  • Proven skills in collaborating and getting results through and with others (influence without authority).
  • Solid track record of delivering results and brand performance.
  • Solid experience from external stakeholder management and building networks.
  • A solid compliance mindset demonstrated integrity on the job, and ability to lead others in producing high quality, compliant work.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills (communication, listening)
  • Driving license.

Additional Preferences:

  • Diabetes Experience

  • Previous experience of working with GPs and hospitals
