| About the role: NTA is a customer facing, field-based marketing role, reporting to the national lead marketer for Cardiometabolic Health. The role requires close collaboration with wider cross-functional team both in the office and the field. The focus is to drive growth and brand performance through development/localization and implementation of robust educational programs and tactics that will lead to remarkable customer experiences. In the NTA role you lead on important marketing programs such as commercial presence at major national/regional meetings, development of educational- and promotional speaker meetings as well as interactions with Thought Leaders and relevant professional associations and advocacy groups. | We are looking for a driven NTA with a deep understanding of the therapy area and a genuine interest in building strong customer relationships and creating impact in the field. You will be part of a cross-functional team within Cardiometabolic Health, working closely with colleagues across marketing, medical, and sales — reporting directly to the National Mounjaro Lead. The role is field-based and requires someone who thrives on switching between strategic thinking and operational delivery. As an NTA, you will play a key role in engaging and building relationships with Thought Leaders, and also acting as a connector between them and other HCPs to share expertise and drive prescribing behavior. You will proactively identify business opportunities and communicate these to the Brand Team. A significant part of the role involves planning and executing high-quality P2P meetings and educational programs. You will be an active member of the Brand Team — bringing field insights, gathering input from the sales force, and driving joint projects forward. Everything you do will be in line with the client's internal guidelines and external regulations. |
